SMART ERA partners will lead a session entitled ‘A concrete approach for a smart transformation of rural areas and its policy uptake from a crossmacroregional perspective‘.

Showcasing concrete pilot actions and the concept of smart innovation packages, the session will demonstrate practical ways of strengthening rural resilience and creating vibrant, sustainable communities. In addition to sharing insights from the project’s implementation, the speakers will explore the potential policy uptake of its results from a cross-macroregional perspective.

Representing SMART ERA will be Coordinator Matteo Gerosa (Fondazione Bruno Kessler), Milica Kovačević and Slavica Samardžić from Slow Food Trebinje Hercegovina, Claudia Singer-Smith from the City of Vienna and Peter Niederer from the Swiss Center for Mountain Regions, who will moderate the presentation. full list here
